General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 555r4 (hereinafter "555r4", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 555r4.net and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets made available through that website.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the 555r4 platform, placing any wager, making any deposit, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 555r4 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

555r4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 555r4 will notify registered players via the contact details on file (email or in-platform notification) and will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, 555r4's reasonable interpretation of the relevant clause shall apply, subject to any applicable legal obligations. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Player and 555r4 regarding the subject matter hereof.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 555r4, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individual persons only — corporate, commercial, or group accounts are not permitted. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current, and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Eligibility requirements for opening and maintaining a 555r4 account are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — you may not register on behalf of another individual or allow any third party to use your account.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended 555r4 account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.
• You must not be on any internal or external list maintained by 555r4 that restricts or prohibits access to the platform.

555r4 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of its account management process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — and proof of address before processing a withdrawal request, following a significant increase in account activity, or at any other time 555r4 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal services until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 555r4 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced account security. You must notify 555r4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 555r4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

Age Restriction and Verification

555r4 operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or access any real-money game or betting market on 555r4 under any circumstances. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of parental or guardian consent.

555r4 employs a multi-stage age verification process. During registration, players are required to self-declare that they are 18 years of age or older. This self-declaration is a binding representation to 555r4. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time during the life of an account, 555r4 may require documentary proof of age. Acceptable documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page copy
• Bangladesh driving licence (if it includes a date of birth)
• Birth registration certificate — only where the above are not available, subject to 555r4's discretion

If 555r4 determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, 555r4 will immediately suspend the account, prevent any further transactions, and conduct a thorough review. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned through the original payment channel following identity verification. Any winnings accrued on a suspended underage account will be voided and are not payable.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 555r4 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 555r4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit terms: Deposits are credited to your 555r4 account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. 555r4 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges, for which 555r4 accepts no responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal terms: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and to an account registered in the Player's own verified name. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player's KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 555r4 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request, and to request further documentation where the source of funds is unclear.

Inactive account policy: An account is considered inactive if no login activity or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 555r4 may apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive account balances after written notice has been provided to the registered contact details. Players are encouraged to log in and use their account regularly or to withdraw their balance if they do not intend to continue playing.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

555r4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting promotions), time limits, and any applicable maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all 555r4 promotions:

• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are wagered once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus can be made.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded. The specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 555r4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's bonus balance, or void bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active at any time, unless 555r4 expressly states otherwise in a specific offer.
• Players must opt in to each promotion explicitly. Bonuses are not applied automatically unless the promotion specifies that they are.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using 555r4, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful to other players, and consistent with the spirit of fair recreational gaming. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 555r4 platform:

• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 555r4 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider while a 555r4 balance derived from that deposit is still active or has been wagered. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Money laundering: Using 555r4 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 555r4 monitors transactions and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, display malfunctions, or pricing mistakes on the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting an obvious error are not payable and will be voided.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 555r4 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

555r4 monitors account activity using automated and manual review processes. If any prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 555r4 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance withholding pending investigation, permanent account closure, and recovery of any losses sustained by 555r4 as a result of the prohibited conduct.

Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary closure: You may request to close your 555r4 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling — please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied immediately rather than after a standard processing period.

Closure by 555r4: 555r4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age
• The Player is found to have previously self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent their exclusion
• Prolonged account inactivity combined with a zero or negligible remaining balance
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so

Where an account is closed by 555r4 due to a breach of these Terms, the fate of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. If the breach involves fraud, collusion, or other dishonest conduct, 555r4 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit funds that represent the proceeds of the prohibited activity. In all other cases, a legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after any outstanding matters are resolved.

Limitation of Liability

555r4 provides its platform and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While 555r4 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and that games and betting markets function correctly, 555r4 does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555r4's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to 555r4 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555r4 shall not be liable for the following categories of loss under any circumstances:

• Loss of profits, anticipated winnings, or betting revenue
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your account
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account login credentials
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank)
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device failures on the Player's end
• Losses arising from the Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 555r4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on 555r4, and that 555r4 is not responsible for your gambling losses where the games and betting markets have operated correctly and fairly.
